About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, playing a crucial role in our aftersales success. Your day-to-day will involve:

Maximising Workshop Efficiency: Effectively scheduling customer vehicles and selling workshop hours. Seamless Customer Journey: Assisting customers with the collection and delivery of their vehicles. Accurate Administration: Promptly raising, costing, and closing customer repair orders. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high levels of customer focus to guarantee a positive experience.
Who We're Looking For:

While motor trade experience is a plus, it's not essential. We're keen to hear from individuals with strong communication and customer service skills, regardless of their background. If you pride yourself on exceptional service and have a can-do attitude, you could be the perfect fit!

You should have:

5 GCSE's (or equivalent) incl. English Language and Maths at Grade C or above. Previous experience in a customer-facing environment. A high level of aptitude for administrative tasks. Excellent organisational skills. Self-motivated and resilient nature. A valid driving licence is essential for this position.
