Due to expansion and our ongoing success in retailing affordable quality used prestige cars we are looking for an experienced service advisor to join the Normans family.

The skills required:

Excellent levels of customer service, professionalism and communication skills. Excellent communication skills and a positive "Can do" attitude At least 3 years experience in a service/parts department environment. Committed, reliable and well presented. Computer literacy with a keen eye for detail

Full time permanent position. Salary is for a basic working week from 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch. Statutory holiday entitlement 20 days plus bank holidays. Full driving licence required Modern purpose built facilities and working conditions Access to company pension scheme. Expected hours 42.5 Per week
