Job Overview

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy team in our vehicle repair garage. We are an Employee Owned Trust which means every member of staff can benefit from tax free bonuses after completion of a probationary period.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers providing an exceptional service while managing their needs and expectations. The Service Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 7am to 5.30pm, and Saturdays 7am until 1pm. We can offer flexible hours within this timeframe for the right candidate.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs. Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and service history. Liaise with vehicle technicians. Deal with customer inquiries. Order vehicle parts from suppliers.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a focus on customer needs. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational abilities. A full clean driving licence
