We're looking for a Front of House team member to join the friendly crew at Gow Motor Services.

In this role, you'll be the face of the business, greeting customers, managing bookings, and ensuring every visit runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming customers and handling enquiries (in person and over the phone)

Managing bookings and customer updates

Liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth communication

Maintaining a professional and positive front-of-house environment

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and organisation skills

A friendly, professional manner

Confidence with computers and booking systems (training provided)

A passion for great customer service

Experience in the motor trade is a bonus, but not essential
