Job Description
Join our dynamic team in a thriving workshop environment! We're currently looking for positive and customer-focused individual to fill the role ofService Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone / customer enquiries.
Build job cards for garage.
Delegate work to mechanics.
Manage customer data.
Work with suppliers.
Provide customer service.
Build job quotes for customers.
Qualities:
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Honest communication style.
Self motivated.
Good multitasking ability.
Willingness to learn and develop in job role.
Can stay calm in fast paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Customer facing role.
Familiar with quoting work.
Strong computer literacy skills.
Motor vehicle experience.
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 24,603.15 per year
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
