Duties
Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required for vehicles.
Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including service history and recommendations.
Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process.
Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong upselling skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Basic mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems and communicate effectively with customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour.
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
