About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers over the phone, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. This role requires a blend of mechanical knowledge and outstanding customer service skills to facilitate effective communication between customers and our workshops.
Duties
Managing all range of customer enquiries into the office, via telephone, website or direct leads.
Advising on all makes & models of vehicles:- gearbox transmission issues, turbos, servicing, diagnostics and warranties.
Overseeing the progress on the vehicles you have booked in with the service centres.
Up selling advisory work and negotiating prices between the customer and the service centres.
Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required, ensuring customers understand the work to be performed.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
This role does not involve any cold calling.

About You
The successful candidate will be someone who is driven and self-motivated with a keen hunger to maximise their earning potential.
Ideally with experience working in the motor industry and/or a passion for cars.
A friendly, professional telephone manner is required.
Accuracy with data input is essential.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
