Bridgend Motor Group is Ayrshires largest independent used car dealer group. We have workshops in Kilwinning, Ayr and Kilmarnock.

We are looking to recruit an

Service Advisor

, for our Kilwinning Branch. This is a

full-time permanent position.

The main duties will include but are not limited to:

Welcoming customers on arrival at reception

Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner

To advise customers on service or repair requirements

Booking work in line with workshop capacities and customer requirements

Liaising with the workshop controller to ensure customer vehicles will be ready on time and informing the customer in good time if work is expected to run over

Preparation of invoices and obtaining payment from customers
