Reporting to and working with the Aftersales Manager your duties will include:
Meeting and greeting customers & making them feel comfortable and at ease whilst at facility.
Establishing any customer needs and work required and ensuring technical resource is available.
Checking the Workshop Diary and making bookings as required.
Accurately producing completed invoices on completion of retail and internal jobs.
Ordering and supply of parts and accessories to internal, retail and trade customers.
Maintaining a good level of communicating with customers and our business partners.
Maximising parts sales opportunities and departmental profitability.
Ensure any warranty parts are labelled and handled in accordance with manufacturer procedures.
Previous experience within this role is desired. You will also require a full Driving licence
Hours of work are 45 hrs per week including alternate Saturday mornings.
