Salary: xc2xa328,000 - xc2xa335,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)Our client in Melton Mowbray is seeking a dedicated and professional Service Advisor to join their busy Aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to further their career within the motor trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Service Advisor will act as the main point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing and repairs
• Communicate with customers to explain the required work in a clear, professional manner as a trusted Service Advisor
• The Service Advisor will provide accurate estimates, manage collection arrangements, and advise on service timescales
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a smooth, efficient service process as a committed Service Advisor
• The Service Advisor is responsible for accurately completing all relevant paperwork and vehicle records
• Promote and upsell additional products and services when appropriate xe2x80x93 a key part of a proactive Service Advisor role
• The Service Advisor will coordinate with technicians and the workshop to ensure jobs are completed on time
• As a professional Service Advisor, you will represent the brand to a high standard at all times
• The Service Advisor will ensure all customer concerns are resolved promptly and professionally
• Stay up to date with dealership and manufacturer updates to remain an informed Service Advisor
• A successful Service Advisor will contribute to the achievement of monthly team targets
• The Service Advisor must ensure compliance with all company and industry policies
• Assist in follow-up calls and reminders, showcasing excellent Service Advisor customer retention skills
• Provide backup and support to other Service Advisor team members during busy periods or absences
• The Service Advisor will play an essential role in maintaining a positive and welcoming front-of-house experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Service Advisor, Service Admin, or another customer-facing position in the automotive industry
• A full UK driving licence is required
• Experience with Kerridge, Pinnacle, or 1Link systems preferred
