We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our friendly service team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. This role involves assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate services, and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process. Duties
Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Assess vehicle issues by listening carefully to customer concerns.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, explaining services clearly to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and keep customers informed of progress.
Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle history.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with vehicle systems is advantageous to better understand service requirements.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
