As our busy car repair business continues to grow, we're looking for
two dynamic, people-focused Service Advisors
to join our front-of-house team. Whether you've worked in the motor trade or come from a hospitality or retail background, if you love talking to people, staying organised, and making a great first impression - we'd love to hear from you!The Role Includes:
Meeting and greeting customers with a warm, professional attitude Handling enquiries and booking customers in Supporting customers throughout their vehicle's time with us Upselling additional services and products where appropriate Planning and scheduling future repair or maintenance work Coordinating with our workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery

We're Looking For People Who Are:
Friendly, articulate, and confident communicators Organised with good attention to detail Proactive and able to work independently Comfortable with computers and admin tasks Keen to grow with us and help deliver excellent customer service
Experience in a similar automotive role is great - but not essential.
If you've worked in hospitality, hotels, retail or any fast-paced customer-facing role and have a passion for service, this could be your perfect next step.Based at our busy South Wales garage
Full-time hours (Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday cover)
