As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a friendly and professional experience from start to finish. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable customer journey, supporting the Service Manager and working closely with our aftersales team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Care - Creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every customer has a positive experience

Customer Communication - Keeping customers updated on their vehicle's status and explaining technical details in a clear, friendly way

Building Relationships - Developing strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat business

? Problem-Solving - Handling customer queries and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally

Business Retention - Managing customer accounts and ensuring they receive outstanding service every time

What We're Looking For:

? A positive attitude with a passion for customer service

? Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

? The ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Exceptional organization and punctuality

? Confidence in handling challenging situations with professionalism

? Experience in a customer-facing role is essential

? A valid driver's license is required
