What you will be doing:

Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the telephone Making bookings into the Workshop Ensuring customers are kept fully informed at all times, and passing on technical information A team player who responds well in a busy, dynamic environment Obtaining all necessary authorisation Liaising with the workshop and other internal departments Empathy and patience when dealing with customers of all backgrounds Eye for detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise tasks Motivated and flexible mindset - open to part?time or full?time hours
