We're recruiting for a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join a busy and professional main dealership in the Portadown area. This is an ideal role for someone with automotive front-of-house experience who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and is driven by delivering excellent customer care.

Annual Equivalent Salary: Up to 31,193
Monthly Team Bonus: Up to 5,400 annually
Uncapped Commissions on Service Plans, Extended Warranties, Roadside Recovery
Realistic Total Package OTE: 37,000+
Rotating Shift Pattern
30 days annual leave including stats

The Role of a Service Advisor:

Acting as the key liaison between the customer and workshop
Managing service bookings, quotations, and job progress updates
Promoting value-added products and services
Upselling service plans, warranties, and recovery packages
Processing job cards, invoicing, and general admin duties
Delivering a seamless customer experience from check-in to handover

The Ideal Service Advisor:

Experience in a main dealer or automotive aftersales environment
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Able to work efficiently in a busy, team-based role
Commercially aware with a sales mindset
Strong admin and IT proficiency
Full UK driving licence required
Full Right to Work in the UK is essential - sponsorship is not available
