Working within a team, your role will be to manage the complete service experience for our Bus and Coach customers, from first contact to vehicle handover and return.
You will schedule work to meet our customers' requirements in line with the resource capacity of our workshop.
The work orders you will raise are to include full details of the scope of work required to be undertaken by our technicians, therefore a basic technical knowledge of commercial vehicles would be a great advantage to you.
You will be required to provide costings, estimates, and payment details to our customers in advance of any work being undertaken on their vehicles.
In cases of warranty claims, you will need to follow the complete warranty process, ensuring that all approvals are in place prior to any work commencing.
Other necessary tasks include general administration as well as retail invoicing when required to support the team.
Your Profile:
Experienced customer service professional from a service centre or workshop background.
Basic technical understanding of commercial vehicles, or automotive knowledge in general.
The ability to work in a highly demanding, customer focused, administrative, process driven environment.
Adept in understanding and using a variety of IT software programs.
