We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team at P.Leek Commercial Repairs Ltd. In this role, as a Service Advisor you will be required to welcome customers, complete telephone bookings, answer customer queries, administration duties and support the rest of the service team. The ideal candidate will need to be a proficient communicator who is happy dealing with people face to face and also by telephone.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
Enjoy building and retaining strong relationships with customers.
Schedule work to meet customer requirements, liaising with technicians.
Able to multi-task and switch between tasks.
Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process.
Liaising with customers to schedule service appointment.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
Qualifications
Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
A team player who enjoys helping and supporting others.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
