Wilson and Co is a well-established dealership in Grimsby, and we're looking for a proactive and personable

Service Advisor

to join our front-of-house team. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and want to be the vital link between our customers and workshop, this is the role for you!

Salary: Competitive + bonus scheme OTE 35,000+

What You'll Do:

Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with a friendly approach Book appointments, prepare job cards, and manage workshop scheduling efficiently Communicate clearly with technicians and customers, keeping everyone updated Upsell service plans, Vehicle Health Checks (VHC), and seasonal offers where appropriate Handle customer queries and minor complaints professionally and empathetically Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with brand and environmental standards

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in a similar Service Advisor role required Excellent communication and organisational skills A calm, confident approach, even under pressure Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is a plus A full UK driving licence
