What You Will Do:


Greet customers and provide exceptional service Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments Liaise between customers and technicians Explain repair work and costs clearly Upsell additional services when appropriate Ensure a smooth and efficient workshop flow Liaise with technicians to coordinate the work schedule and progress updates Accurately manage booking systems, job cards, invoicing and customer records




What we are looking For:


Previous experience in a service advisor role (automotive preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (training provided) IT proficiency and attention to detail Strong organizational and admin skills, including familiarity with dealer software systems Neat, professional appearance; team player with keen automotive interest
