Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Automotive Service Advisor / Car Service Coordinator

to join our busy workshop. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing service bookings, providing vehicle advice, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups efficiently Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service Provide clear advice on repairs and maintenance Maintain high customer satisfaction levels Support smooth workshop operations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in automotive or car service environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisation and attention to detail Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience
