Newport Caravans & Motorhomes are a well-established family run business in the City of Newport.

We are a company that offers everything to the leisure vehicle market, we sell new and used caravans and motorhome, a large workshop and body shop with an indoor show room and supermarket type shop.

We are currently looking for a Service & Aftersales Advisor to join our team.

Newport Caravans are currently recruiting for a Service & Aftersales Advisor to assist in our Caravan and Motorhome service workshop. We are looking for a talented and driven individual with a passion for relationship building. Ideally candidates will have a proven track record in a customer service environment and experience within the caravan and motorhome industry is desirable but not essential.

Principal Activities

Managing inbound calls & e-mails to book in customers for works to be carried out.

Creating job cards and invoicing for works and taking payments.

Ensuring warranty claim paperwork is up to date to forward to our warranty department for processing

Ordering of parts for the workshop through the shop

Liaising with customers with progress updates face to face, over the telephone or e-mail.

Handling customers at the front desk to book in caravans and motor homes and also handing back the vehicles once the works are complete

Organising and communicating tasks between the workshop team

Benefits

25,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Free on site parking 22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays

Working Week

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Saturday 9am - 2.00pm on a five weekly rota. (Overtime Paid)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
