Key responsibilities:

Coordinate with repair and service managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the development of comprehensive repair and service planning. Ensure the accurate preparation and distribution of service and repair documentation, such as attendance sheets, health and safety, status reports, manuals and meeting minutes. Serve as the central point of contact for service and repair-related administrative communications, keeping stakeholders informed about job progress, changes, and milestones. Monitor service and repair timelines and proactively identify potential administrative issues; work with the team to implement corrective actions. Monitor and schedule regular repair quote circulars with clients to ensure quotations are efficiently followed up on and generate continuous repair streams. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the availability of necessary administrative resources and materials for planned repair execution. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of planned service and repair administrative requirements and specifications. Answer incoming telephone calls, log callouts in the system, and promptly dispatch engineers to address customer needs.
Requirements:

Proven experience in administration, coordination, or related roles. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to adapt to a fast-paced exciting, dynamic work environment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in administrative tools and software. 4 GCSE qualifications or equivalent. Proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
