We are looking for a
Service Assistant
to support ourService Manager
and ensure smooth operations within our service department. This role is ideal for someone who isorganized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Administrative Support:
Handle incoming service calls and assist customers with inquiries. Log service requests and coordinate with the hotline team. Prepare
service quotations
and processservice contract invoices.

Scheduling & Coordination:
Assist in
booking field service schedules
for engineers. Maintain records of service jobs and engineer availability.?
Documentation & Systems:
Use
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
for reports and correspondence. Opportunity to work withSalesforce (training provided if needed).
What We're Looking For:
? Previous experience in
customer service, administration, or a technical support role
(advantageous).? Strong
organizational skills
and ability to multitask.?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(essential).? Basic knowledge of
Salesforce or CRM systems
(a plus, but not mandatory).? Good
communication skills
- both written and verbal.? Interest in
engineering/technical environments
