Role Overview

Handle Service Calls

: Manage incoming and outbound service calls to assist with service appointments, follow-ups on maintenance, and warranty events.

Customer & Vehicle Data Entry

: Accurately input customer and vehicle details into the Dealer Management System (DMS), ensuring GDPR compliance.

Provide Estimates & Set Expectations

: Offer accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, clearly communicating costs and timelines to customers.

Promote Supplementary Products

: Recommend and discuss the purchase of service plans, warranty products, and genuine parts, emphasising their benefits.

Improve Customer Retention & Team Collaboration

: Foster customer loyalty through service offerings, contribute to team improvement, and share best practices.
