The Role:
We're looking for an experienced and confident Booker / Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team.
This role focuses on handling incoming calls and booking clients, while also calling warm leads to help them secure their Glow Up experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Follow up on warm leads to convert enquiries into bookings
Manage appointments, reschedules, and confirmations using our booking system
Maintain accurate client records and provide excellent customer service
Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required
About You:
Telesales or phone-based customer service experience is required
Confident, friendly communicator with a professional manner
Organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
Driven to meet booking and conversion goals
Positive attitude and strong team player
