Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Service Charge Accountant (Temporary) to join a team in Bournemouth on a temporary basis. This role requires expertise in accounting and finance with a focus on service charge accounting.
As the Service Charge Accountant (Temporary) you will be responsible for:

Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations.
Accurately process service charge invoices and payments.
Maintain and update financial records relevant to service charges.
Generate detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with property managers and other departments as needed.
Assist in responding to queries and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
Support the finance team with additional accounting tasks as required.
