Salary: 28,000
Hybrid - 2 days office, 3 days home

An established residential property management company is seeking a Property Finance Accountant to manage the finances of a diverse portfolio of estates. Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage accurate annual service charge budgets
  • Handle comprehensive billing for service charges, ground rent, and additional fees to leaseholders
  • Prepare year-end service charge accounts and collaborate with external accountants for review
  • Manage utility and insurance recharges to leaseholders
  • Maintain accurate tax administration records
  • Work closely with the Estate Management team to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Provide support to clients and leaseholders when required
Requirements
  • Proven accounting experience (service charge experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Part-qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA with commitment to continued professional development
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with confidence in handling financial information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Qube experience beneficial)
  • Team-oriented approach with ability to collaborate across departments
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
