About the opportunity An established residential property management company is seeking a Property Finance Accountant to manage the finances of a diverse portfolio of estates. Prepare and manage accurate annual service charge budgets
Handle comprehensive billing for service charges, ground rent, and additional fees to leaseholders
Prepare year-end service charge accounts and collaborate with external accountants for review
Manage utility and insurance recharges to leaseholders
Maintain accurate tax administration records
Work closely with the Estate Management team to ensure seamless financial operations
Provide support to clients and leaseholders when required
Requirements
Proven accounting experience (service charge experience advantageous but not essential)
Part-qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA with commitment to continued professional development
Strong numeracy and analytical skills with confidence in handling financial information
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Qube experience beneficial)
Team-oriented approach with ability to collaborate across departments
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
