Service Contract Manager
who's hungry to make things happen.

The Role
You'll be the driving force behind our service contract renewals and new sales. You'll turn data into dialogue, leads into contracts, and conversations into long-term partnerships through regular checkins with your customers.
Armed with our deep customer database and brand reputation, you'll reconnect with previous customers, chase renewals, and bring new clients into the fold.
You'll also:
Proactively generate leads and upsell within our loyal client base
Secure new service contracts across our golden regions
Manage the renewal cycle with care, speed, and precision
Support our Sales team with new-equipment leads
Work with our Marketing team to design laser-targeted campaigns
Track progress and KPIs using CRM tools (Pipedrive)
What You Bring
Proven B2B sales experience, service contracts a big plus
A confident, persuasive phone manner (no hiding behind emails!)
Track record of hitting or beating targets
Ability to balance independence with teamwork
Tech savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office skills
Bonus points for weighing or engineering industry knowledge
