Service Controller

About the Role

They are seeking an experienced Service Controller to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an office-based role involving the day-to-day coordination and support of a team of Service Engineers. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations within the service department and delivering a high standard of customer care.
All training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily activities of a field-based engineering team Coordinate servicing and breakdown response efficiently Handle incoming service enquiries and customer queries Generate estimates and follow-up on post-service work Address service-related queries promptly
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in forklift, mechanical handling, construction equipment, agriculture is desirable but not essential as training and guidance will be supplied. Strong communication and organisational skills Background as an engineer or in team supervision/management is an advantage Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service data systems Ability to perform in a fast-paced, reactive environment Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Outstanding customer service skills, providing high quality customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
