We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to assist the organisation's engineering division.
Responsibilities
Managing Engineer workloads to a strict deadline
Organising customer workloads & Schedules within their SLAs
Managing Engineer Diaries
Co-ordinating with the National operating centre to provide accurate ETAS for the customer
Liaise with store's personnel to ensure parts are obtained where necessary
Assist with RAMS/Method statements/ documentation to cover Health & Safety protocols
Assist with internal reports via Microsoft Excel.
Co-Ordinate planned visits to customer sites to carry out scheduled work ensuring that engineers have the necessary parts.
Manage various mailboxes / following up customer requests
Qualifications
This candidate must have a reasonable understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Full training will be provided.
As a controller this is a customer service based role, you need to be able to work under your own esteem and be able to communicate efficiently with the wider team. Attention to detail is key for this role and the candidate must be a good timekeeper a highly organised individual who works well under pressure.

Pay: 25,396.80 per year
