We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Delivery Administrator to become a part of our Digital Services team.   • Provide administrative support for the Service Delivery Manager and management within IT/Digital Services.
  • Create and manage technical documentation.
  • Assist with procurement of hardware/software.
  • Engage in proactive communication and process evaluation.
  • Support the Service Desk with ticket management and escalation processes.
  • Facilitate communication between IT teams and other departments.
  • Assist with continual improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Identify problem/issue trends and escalate when required.
What we are looking for
  • Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably within IT or Digital Services.
  • Ability to create and manage technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify problem/issue trends and escalate when required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive communication and process evaluation abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement of hardware/software.
