Bleckmann Service Delivery team are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator based within our Lutterworth cluster but travel to other sites may be reuqired.


The role of a Service Delivery Coordinator is varied, one moment you could be looking at our clients service performance and the next producing a business review pack to then managing a carrier to deliver an urgent shipment for our client.


This role is currently offered as a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week). The full time salary is 27,583.49.

What are we looking for:



Ability to interpret data and use this data to effectively manage a clients service performance. Experience of logistics preferably in wholesale and direct to consumer industry. Experience of interacting between departments and being the "champion" for our client. Able to review a performance and demonstrate a continuous improvement attitude to delivering a superior service to our clients.

Key tasks and responsibilities:




+ Implement & support Bleckmann's mission, this being; To deliver on promises that our clients make to their customers + Work closely with the client to understand their needs - may include face to face/ telephone conversations and email communication, Identify and support practical solutions to ensure these needs are met
+ Take ownership for the service delivery performance being executed on behalf of our clients and maintain and improve upon the agreed SLA
+ Monitor progress of the delivery of customer items via multiple carrier services and IT platforms.
+ Continually look for service improvement by interrogating data provided through multiple systems; identifying issues; working with stakeholders to provide and implement these solutions
+ Accurately produce and submit/present regular updates to customers around Bleckmann's service performance, taking ownership of the trends, performance and corrective actions where required
+ Liaise with carriers for routine and exceptional events or issues
+ Work with transport team to organise ad hoc collections for clients as and when necessary.
+ Respond to emails and telephone calls - taking responsibility for escalating problems. This will involve basic problem solving and interrogating data
+ Support the invoicing process and accurately track claims with carrier suppliers to successful conclusion
+ To undertake ad hoc projects as required
