The role
StoryStream is looking for a meticulous and motivated Service Delivery Executive to join our super star Service Delivery function within our Customer Success team. Reporting into the Service Delivery Team Lead, you will work closely with our CS Managers to deliver Curation services across our customer base. The role will enable you to work with some of the biggest brands in the world!
Key Responsibilities
Curating content for our clients through the StoryStream platform based on content guidelines that customers have shared with us.
Work closely with clients to help optimise their content management processes, act as an extension to their team and work to streamline processes.
Support with platform configuration and optimisation for clients based on their workflows and our recommended processes.
Collate data for presentations and provide insights about content performance.
Document, optimise and carry out best practices that can continually improve StoryStream services.
Acting as a voice of the customer through sharing feedback, updating colleagues on project status and representing our customers internally.
Support with testing and providing feedback on new product features.
Continually growing value by increasing skills, knowledge and ability.

What we are looking for
Degree educated (preferred but not essential)
1 year of experience within a similar role would be preferable, but not essential
You are technically-minded and have a basic understanding of marketing concepts/processes
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
Motivated individual with the ability to quickly learn new skills and has a good eye for detail
Highly organised with great prioritisation and time management skills
Ability to communicate well internally with colleagues and externally with clients, a true team player
A meticulous working methodology and desire to complete tasks well, on time and with precision
We're looking for someone who is proactive and can use initiative with an ability to learn quickly on the job
