This role is for passionate Service Delivery managers who are leaders and can manage projects and maintain client relationships, we want you to push your team and help hone their skills to make us all better at what we do.

Key Roles:

  • Overseeing the execution of managed service agreements to fulfill client SLAs within budget and maintaining quality standards.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the client and the service delivery team.
  • Coordinating and overseeing internal resources.
  • Providing reports to the Delivery Management chain and collaborating with managed service management.
  • Assisting the Delivery Management function in advancing related activities.
As a Service delivery Manager, You Must:
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and client personnel.
  • Monitoring and managing service performance against the metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specified in the contracted Service Level Agreement. -
  • Ensuring the financial well-being of the contract by efficiently managing revenues and costs within agreed-upon budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintaining effective communication across organizational boundaries, from engineers to senior managers, to facilitate successful execution and achievement of objectives.
  • Ensuring that operations teams possess the necessary information and understanding of the support services\' scope.
  • Serving as the escalation point for service failures, with the authority to mobilize additional resources when necessary, such as specialist teams or individuals for specific issues or opportunities.
  • Assisting pre-sales and Commercial teams in bid work for new or renewed SLA agreements.
  • Collaborating with senior management to strategize client account management and growth, safeguarding the long-term interests of both the client and the stakeholders
