The success of the role of the Service Delivery Manager is built on the \'Trust\' relationship between them and their clients. The result of this relationship is a customer with high satisfaction scores and engaged Version 1 staff, which should then translate into excellent financial performance. Version 1 is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with excellent people management skills to join its Managed Service Practice working across Oracle ERP, Java, Power BI and other technologies.

You will have responsibility for a large team servicing one of our biggest and long-standing customers. You must demonstrate an ability to build and maintain solid relationships with our customers in order to consistently deliver high satisfaction ratings.

You must also be able to demonstrate solid commercial and business acumen and a track record in maximising financial performance and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage all 3 sides of the Strategic Triangle - Customer Satisfaction: Employee Engagement; and Profitability
  • Input to service design and support for service implementation
  • Maintain standards for ISO 20000 & other relevant quality standard compliance.
  • Manage customer escalations, issues, problems, and requirements
  • Conduct regular Service Reviews with Customers
  • Identify and progress Continual Service Improvement initiatives
  • Manage business risk and knowledge to ensure business continuity
  • Achieve targets and improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction
  • Explore and drive opportunities within existing customers for new/additional work
Qualifications

You will have strong customer service/relationship management experience and ideally, some experience in software development or ERP software implementation/ support.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a process-driven environment
  • Resource Management experience: performance management, workload distribution, team development, knowledge management
  • Strong understanding of software configuration management
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter. Recognises what needs done, takes responsibility for bringing people together to find solutions and escalates when progress is impeded.

This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Oracle ERP Consultancies in Ireland & the UK.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Belfast/ Northern with some occasional client site travel. Expenses will be covered. Permanent applications ideally. Must have work permit due to timeframes.
