Role Overview:

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our products and services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing service contracts, maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Service Contract Management: Oversee service contracts, ensuring compliance and delivering services within scope, on time, and within budget.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of service professionals, providing coaching and guidance to maximize their performance and productivity.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor service performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives where necessary.

Issue Resolution: Act as a point of escalation for client issues, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve them promptly.

Budget Management: Manage and control the budget for service delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in the aerospace, defense, or security industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve complex problems.
• Understanding of security and aerospace industry regulations and standards is a plus.
