Your role

Do you have proven experience in Exchange Traded Derivatives with the ability to communicate effectively across IB Operations, COO, Sales and Crews? We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to:




provide core oversight on high-risk deliveries including Eurex Fixed Income Bonds, Ice Gilt and EU Carbon Allowance deliveries operate as the Clearing House Operational Industry Representative and Central Coordinator for EMEA exchanges including Eurex, Euronext, Nasdaq Financials and LME provide operational consultancy on new product offerings and capabilities be the EMEA Operational face off to internal stakeholders including Compliance, ETD Strategic Development, Clearing Sales and Client Hubs line manage a small team

You'll be in our London-based Exchange Traded Derivatives Operations team within the Investment Banking Operations division.

Your expertise

proven experience in Exchange Traded Derivatives understanding of Listed Futures, Options and Cleared OTC lifecycle strong communicator across IB Operations, COO, Sales and Crews proven problem solver and ability to manage multiple priorities ability to communicate complex problems and processes to clients and senior stakeholders
