Covering the whole of the UK, we work with some of the biggest Transport Operators, Trailer Manufacturers and Supermarkets in the UK, and are looking for a Server Application Developer to join our growing team.
The Basics
37.5 hours Monday - Friday
25 days holiday per Annum plus Bank holidays
This is a hybrid role, primarily based in our Runcorn office. Home working may be agreed with your line manager when appropriate to the relevant work. You may be required to attend customer or colleague sites to support with training and on-boarding.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of services Axscend provides to customers.
You will be expected to demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused approach to service management, taking ownership of incidents, problems, and service improvements. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills, as you will work closely with software development, embedded systems, operations, and support teams to ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery across complex, technology-driven solutions.
