Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services to clients, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues that may arise.
Challenge current service delivery processes, standards, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Relationship
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and end users, managing expectations and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead and manage the Logistics Co-Ordinator team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
Identify and address training and development needs within the team, ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
Mange team rotas and holiday provision to ensure enough members of staff are on the main desks at any one time.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
Proven experience in service delivery or a related role.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering services in a complex and dynamic environment.
Technical Skills
Strong IT skills are required
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, as applicable.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions
The Service Delivery Supervisor may be required to work outside of regular business hours to address urgent business needs or service delivery issues.
This role may involve covering the busy traffic desk in a regular format.
The role is office based and primarily Mon-Fri through core hours although you may be required to cover shifts outside of this.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications of
35,000 - 40,000, depending on experience.
