Morgan Fire Protection's Service Desk Administrators




Provide support to the Service Desk team with administrative tasks, data entry, data cleansing and system work. Provide administrative support in a fast-paced, busy and varied work environment.

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the office team, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and general office coordination. Work collaboratively with colleagues on a variety of projects and tasks as required, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of work. Act as a point of contact for field technicians -- assigning callouts, managing schedules, and assisting with administrative needs such as parking, uniform orders, and equipment requirements. Handle incoming calls via the Avaya telephone system, responding professionally to new customer enquiries, service requests, and general queries. Monitor and manage the shared inbox, ensuring all incoming emails are responded to promptly and filed appropriately. Maintain and update the CRM (CASH) database to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer information, including regular data cleansing and updates. Full training will be provided. Support stock management processes by ordering materials and supplies from approved suppliers, based on engineer requirements, and maintaining organised and well-stocked storage areas. Oversee general office administration tasks such as filing, shredding, post handling (including franking), and maintaining a tidy and efficient working environment. Manage stationery orders and ensure office supplies are readily available and appropriately organised. Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism at all times.

Please Note: training will be provided to ensure that all the above tasks can be carried out in line with company requirements

Proven administrative experience within a professional office environment. Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Professional, approachable, and customer-focused manner, with a proactive and positive attitude. Dependable and punctual, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to team success.

Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-4:30pm



Fri: 8:30am-4:00pm
