We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our IT team as a Service Desk Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment, supporting users with their technical issues and learning from experienced professionals.
As a Service Desk Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for technical support. You'll learn how to troubleshoot hardware and software problems, log incidents, and escalate issues when necessary. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will work towards a nationally recognized qualification and develop key skills to launch your career in IT support.
