We are a multi-disciplined team and have a phenomenal career opportunity for a customer and service-oriented Service Engineer with a specialist knowledge of Risk applications.

Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Your main focus would be to ensure smooth running of Risk applications with emphasis on service availability and technology risk management. You will do that through incident and problem management, technology risk management and contract management.

You\'ll work with our Engineering change teams, Engineering Leads and Product Owners, communicating service levels and working with those colleagues to help manage the impact of change on the applications. Longer term, you will identify, understand and analyse trends to reduce the number of incidents and risks. You will develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities.

What you\'ll need

  • Prior background working in a Service Engineer capacity (or similar role)
  • Practical knowledge of incident and problem management
  • Understanding of Risk Management within a Service Engineering capacity
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
If you have had exposure to Service Now, prior financial services experience, ITIL qualifications that would be ideal, but please still apply if you don\'t.
