Acquisitions Systems Ltd/Pharmagraph is looking for a Service Engineerto join our well-established and growing engineering company. The role is based in Stirling and reports to the Service Manager. The company's products are used in monitoring and control systems for pharmaceutical, NHS and life sciences customers, as well as for general engineering and military applications.

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following activities relating to ASL/ Pharmagraph environmental monitoring systems:
Perform on-site calibration and preventative maintenance to defined procedures and tolerances.
Support fault diagnosis and corrective actions, both remotely and on site.
Maintain accurate service documentation and calibration records in accordance with GMP and company procedures.
Liaise with customers to plan and deliver work efficiently while maintaining professional standards.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications
Minimum HNC (or equivalent)
in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation or Mechatronics Engineering.
Strong understanding of calibration principles, electrical safety, and 4-20 mA instrumentation.
At least 3 years' hands-on experience in calibration or service within a regulated or high-technology environment (life sciences, pharma, or similar).
Competent user of Microsoft Office and confident in technical report writing.
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
Desirable
CSCS/ECS card, EngTech registration, or manufacturer calibration training.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO 17025 or similar quality frameworks.
