We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance services for our products. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of installations at customer sites.
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and installations.
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability.
Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Experience
Proven experience as a Service Engineer in Fenestration or a similar technical role is preferred.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
