We are looking for a visionary and compassionate Service Lead to drive innovation and excellence across our Fostering Service. This is an incredible opportunity to lead a dedicated team focused on building safe, loving, and resilient foster homes where children can truly thrive.

Your Purpose



You will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Fostering Service--ensuring our foster carers are supported, our teams are inspired, and our children are at the heart of every decision.

You will be the catalyst behind stable loving home, robust support networks, and a community of care where children feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What will my day look like.



Leading, mentoring, and inspiring our workforce.

Ensuring all services meet and exceed regulatory standards,

You will also be a key voice in our recruitment and retention strategies that value, support, and continue to grow our foster carer community.

You will work in collaboration with partners, carers, children and young people to co-design a service built around real lives and real voices and embed trauma-informed and relational practice across all aspects of the service

Proven leadership in fostering or children's services

A deep commitment to children's voice and a belief in their potential

The ability to influence, innovate, and embed high standards Empathy, resilience, and clarity of vision.
