As a Service Leader in our catering department you will be responsible for leading shifts to ensure the team is delivering the best service to our customers and ensuring brand standards are always in place. In this hands-on customer facing role, you'll be competent to manage a high-volume environment with an positive, can do approach, you will be passionate about our offer, champion our home made products and you will ensure through your knowledgeable colleagues that our customers receive the unique and delightful experience that we are known for.
Your responsibilities will include;
Effectively leading your shift, managing and supporting your colleagues, ensuring colleagues are deployed in line with customer demand and respond appropriately to any colleague or customer matters as required.
Ensuring the team are delivering excellent customer service and brand excellence.
Ensuring that all daily and weekly procedures are carried out and that company standards are maintained at all times.
* Supporting the training of new colleagues through their induction journey, refresher and any other relevant training.
