Welwyn Garden City
, supporting
four ladies and two gentlemen
with a range of needs including
Dementia, Autism, and Learning Disabilities
.
As a
Service Leader Level 2 (Registered Manager)
, you'll be responsible for:
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care and support
Creating opportunities for people to engage with their local and wider community
Supporting people with behaviours that require intensive planning and management
Leading a large, dedicated team of Support Workers
Driving performance and setting a positive, inclusive culture
Ensuring services are well-resourced and compliant with CQC standards
In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. If you do not already hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Care Management Level 3, then we will support you to work towards one.
