We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Mental Health Hub Manager to lead the transformation of community mental health care in Bromley.
This Band 8a role is pivotal in delivering integrated, personalised, and preventative mental health services in partnership with primary care, local authorities, and voluntary sector organisations.
The post holder will be based at Beckenham Beacon Hospital and will operate with a high level of autonomy, driving service innovation and improvement in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.
Lead the mobilisation and operational management of the Bromley Community Mental Health Wellbeing Hub.
Manage a multidisciplinary team including staff from Oxleas NHS, SEL Mind, Bromley Local Authority, and third sector partners.
Build strong partnerships with GPs, PCNs, and community stakeholders.
Deliver evidence-based interventions and Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE).
Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development for staff.
Lead on service evaluation, audits, and research initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety standards.
Participate in recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management.
Contribute to strategic planning and service transformation.
