We are seeking a proactive and organised Service & Maintenance Coordinator to join our expanding team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our residents receive a responsive, professional, and customer-focused repair and maintenance service. Working closely with contractors, in-house staff, and the welfare team, you will manage repair requests, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure our properties remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and respond to day-to-day repair requests from the welfare team and property tenants, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Act as the first point of contact for all repair enquiries, delivering clear, polite, and professional communication.
Develop and oversee a proactive preventive maintenance program to enhance the longevity and efficiency of buildings, equipment, and site facilities.
Manage unplanned maintenance activities, prioritising urgent and critical tasks to minimise tenant disruption.
Provide troubleshooting support and problem-solving for maintenance issues.
Oversee the functioning of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site infrastructure systems.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
Log repair details, raise work orders, and allocate jobs to contractors or in-house staff.
Schedule and track tenant appointments, ensuring works are followed through from initiation to completion.
Follow up on outstanding repairs, liaising with contractors and keeping tenants updated on progress.
Support with administrative tasks including order processing, cancellations, and extensions.
Assist in handling tenant complaints when required.

Essential Experience/Knowledge:
Previous experience in property, facilities, or site maintenance coordination.
Understanding of managing repair requests, contractors, and preventive maintenance.
Desirable:
Experience working within caravan parks, holiday parks, or similar residential/leisure site environments.
Knowledge or awareness of Health & Safety standards in relation to property and site maintenance.
