We have an opportunity for you. A permanent Service Manager for MASH, ESST and CWD.

Duties include assisting the Head of Service, to lead, and manage the Multiagency Safeguarding Hub, Out of Hours (ESST) Team and Children's Social Care Children with Disability team. These are pivotal roles in ensuring ongoing improvements in practice and reform to deliver good outcomes for children and families in Doncaster. You will manage Team managers across these services and will develop and maintain excellent standards of practice/performance. You will be expected to work closely with key partner organisations regarding both operational and strategic matters.

You will be a qualified, registered Social Worker with considerable experience of working in a statutory setting. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and can drive and nurture performance in a supportive environment whilst being a part of our journey from good to outstanding.
